When comparing quotes, it’s important to make sure you’re getting the same value. Often a policy that has a lower premium may have a higher deductible or less coverage. To get a true one-to-one comparison, review the details of each auto policy carefully to understand what it does—and does not—include. Once you have two policies with the same or very similar coverages, you’ll have an accurate cost comparison.

Independent insurance agents are advocates for customers. Our agents give you choices and value for your insurance dollars. Because we represent several insurance companies, we can obtain quotes from several sources and move you to another insurance carrier if you wish without ever switching agents.

Insurance companies generally give you the right to cancel your policy at any time as long as you provide proper notice and/or proof that you have obtained insurance elsewhere. Some may charge a fee if you cancel in the middle of the policy term, however most will refund any unused premium. You should never have a lapse in auto insurance as this could generate fines and penalties depending on state regulations and DMV requirements.
